Shipping + Returns

Shipping

Delivery in Auckland is $6 per order. Rest of the North Island is $9 per order and South Island delivery is $11. Rural North Island is $14 per order and Rural South Island is $17 per order. Estimated delivery is 2 - 5 working days from confirmation of order. Please select your correct delivery zone (including if you are posting to a rural address) at the checkout otherwise the order will not be sent.

Delivery to Australia is $20 via tracked post. Estimated delivery is 5 - 10 working days from confirmation of order.

Delivery to the UK and Canada is $40 via tracked post. Estimated delivery is 10 - 15 working days from confirmation of order. We do not currently send to the US.

If you live outside of these countries, please contact us at hello@fromnzwithlove.co.nz for further information on shipping to your country.

International orders may be subject to additional custom fees, duties or taxes that are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Returns

We are sure you'll be 100% satisfied with your purchase. However, if for some reason you're not happy, please return the items in original condition within 14 days for a full refund. Return shipping charges and original shipping charges are non-refundable. 

We reserve the right to deny or refuse a full refund if the product is returned in an unsatisfactory condition.

Exchanges

Any exchanges must be made within 28 days of the original shipping date. Original postage and return postage charges are non-refundable.
